This past week I enjoy a wonderful experience in my hometown Philadelphia. Me and my wife signed up to go on a historic pub crawl through Old City’s taverns. We had a colonial host who shared historical facts about the traditions of drinking and lead guests in Colonial drinking songs and toasts. We stopped at four places including historical City Tavern there was food and drinks at every stop. I was shocked by how much I enjoyed my evening it was not only historic but tons of fun!

We found what appeared to be mold in our room. The staff quickly moved us and gave us 2 breakfast comps without hesitation.The bar closed too early! My partner and I took a mini-vacation over the bridge into Philly for day. We stayed here and were ...
The people were fantastic and seemed to truely care about our comfort and doing a good job for us. The hotel was in good shape and good nieghborhood. The room was a good size and clean but lacked a refridgerator as listed on the web page. The prices on the food sold there were TERRIBLE. cheese burger that came with fries and a glass of ice water was $25.00 not including the tip in room service. All the food prices even at the cafe downstairs were totally over priced. I got a mini ruben and it was $6.00 for 8 bites and they werent big bites. We were there for an over nite outing so we didnt know of any places close to the hotel to go. Bookbinders was across the street but not open either times we were looking to eat. {Before 4pm and after 10pm}
