Excellent
The front desk was good, a little slow, but there were a lot of people. I liked the room and the pool area was clean and well lit. I did request some additional items in our room. It took some time, but I did get what I requested and more...
This is a nicely maintained hotel. Rates are a little on the high side for the location. Good hotel when attending events at the Convention Center, Ballpark or Arena, but otherwise it is not convenient to other Sioux Falls attractions.

This hotel is much, much better than some rating services depict. sioux Falls is not a tourist attraction, but if that's where you're going, this is the place to stay. Close to the airport and adjascent to the convension center, location couln't be...

Good
This is one of the nicest hotels in Sioux Falls. It is kept very nice and clean. There is a small bar in the lobby and has a beautiful glass elevator. It was fun staying here.
