Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina - Page 5

The hotel's location was nice, but it was far away from off-site restaurants, bars, etc. The service was excellent but the room was small and the bed very soft. I liked the great view of San Diego Bay. My advice for other tourists: rent a car if you want to see any other parts of San Diego.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very attentive to my needs.

The hotel is in a good location. But there was a billing error when I checked out.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable (the beds were very comfortable, which is my main problem with traveling), scenic and conveniently located. We were delivered a beautiful gift basket, completely unexpected on our second day there, which was much appreciated. We had a rental car and disliked the charge for parking at the hotel.

My stay was satisfactory, but they could have placed a mini-refrigerator in the room for convenience.

Sheraton has the most comfortable bed and bedding than any other hotel in which I have stayed.

I fell in their bathtub and my leg still hurts. Can I sue them? No, seriously (although I did fall and it does hurt), it was a very nice experience. I don't think it was worth what my brother-in-law paid, but it was nice.

I was disappointed that the 'Internet Only' room rate was higher than the AAA discount rate noted on their web site. But I will stay at this hotel again!

We had a difficulty in the parking lot. We were parked in by a hotel shuttle. It took near a half hour for someone to come with the correct keys to move the vehicle. Then when we returned the lot was full and we had to park way up the block.

It was a perfect ending to a wonderful trip.

My family and I were treated very poorly by the staff at the Sheraton San Diego. We were sent to the 'West Building' and felt like we were being pushed off as a bother rather than guests. We were surprised by this treatment since we had a wonderful experience at other Sheratons.
