I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Hotel. It was convenient and the view and area itself was beautiful. The service was as expected.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The scenery of the hotel was exceptional. The use of the pool being right next to the bay was a perfect addition to the stay.

It's in a central location. It has good service. It was a pleasant trip.

I stayed for a business conference and had a wonderful time but would have like a more diverse room service menu for late-evening hours; I was still on New York City time and pretty hungry. I wound up ordering off the children's menu and it was good but I would have liked something a little more sophisticated than grilled cheese.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I had a very friendly check-in and a sincere conversation about my flight in and weather conditions. They called me by name and offered suggestions for dinner and also gave me the option to move my room to a view of the harbor.

It's close to the airport, with shuttle service to the hotel. They have all conveniences on the hotel site. All the employees were very helpful.

Perfect San Diego location. We stayed here a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Our children really enjoyed playing in the pool and attending the summer luau. The room was very spacious and the bed was dreamy. It was really nice that we didn't have to pay for parking (as compared to the other surrounding hotels) being that we traveled with our disabled aunt. However, the service can use some improvements. Overall, we would give this Hotel a two thumbs up!!!!

We found this hotel to be disappointing for the price, and for a Sheraton. Usually we are very pleased with Sheraton properties. We found the service here lacking and the room was just adequate. The only redeeming value was the location, which is quite nice.

Great Family hotel!!!!Perfect San Diego location. This is a nice hotel and has beautiful grounds. The rooms we stayed in were not part of the "main" hotel but were nice. When you are in San Diego, you're not looking to spend all day in your room anyway. The staff was very good. We had a large family reunion and they accomodated us quite nicely and, in some instances, didn't even charge us for a special room. Nice on-site amenities; lovely pool area w/full service kitchen/bar options. The key thing...it was very clean! The location is also key...you are right on the marina and have Fiesta Island and the beach just down the street. Not to mention close locale to all the tourist attractions like Sea World.

Although the reason we stayed at a Sheraton is because of the good value, we found the quality of service and value of the room improved, and the same can be said about the restaurant as well.

This hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous, and the food was great. I had the trip paid for by my work. Otherwise I would have never stayed at such a pricey place, though.

It was a nice location near the airport. But did not have many restaurants within walking distance.

We had a short stay (3 nights) at this hotel. When we checked in there was an upgrade to concierge floor available for $50. We took that and felt it was quite worth it. The first room they took us to was not 'up to par' for concierge rooms, though. A simple call brought us to a different wing with a room overlooking the city and a beautiful view. The concierge level included parking and breakfast (for 2) and bottled water in the room. The bed was heavenly! Surprisingly there was not a lot of noise in our room despite being at the airport. The decor at the hotel was lovely and the service fine. Driving in and out of the hotel was a bit weird due to the location. We found the location fine for tourist activities.

It was good hotel. The only problem I had was with the computers in the lobby area and that was fixed quickly.

Our families stay at the Sheraton Hotel in San Diego was great. Our four kids played in the pools all day, while my husband attended a business conference, and when they were ready to eat, the concierge not only was prepared with a list of local pizza deliveries but also coupons.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The queen size beds were perfect and had a welcoming feel. Our kids were able to enjoy themselves without feeling like nuisances.

Overall it was good. The food was good. The room was clean and had plenty of hangers in closet. The area beside the bathroom and closet area was not well lit, but otherwise no complaints.

I stayed one night, but iI was forced to pay for two nights, even though I checked out at 11:00 a.m. I booked through Sheraton.com, which re-routes you to Starwood.com, which claims to have an "earlier depature fee" that Sheraton won't honor.
