Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina

Stayed at the west tower July 23-25, the check in clerk got me a room overlooking San Diego Bay, I brought my dog and it was no problem. The staff was friendly, the pool was heated, the room was very clean. The only problem I had was there is no frig in the room and when I went out to the pool in the morning the maintence guy was power washing the pool deck but I guess they have to do it sometime and the pool area was very clean. I can't begin to say how great the view from the room was with the ships coming and going. I have stayed at many different hotels and have always found the Sheraton chain to be top notch, whenever I have had any problem and lets face it you are bound to have a problem sooner or later the poeple at Sheraton have always been professional not only at this hotel but the Sheraton Parkside in Anaheim California.

They have excellent customer service and every staff member on the clock or not was super friendly. Overall this hotel was excellent, comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure by knowing that their staff is happy, cheerful and enjoying all of their jobs. To see a hotel in clean condition on a daily basis made me feel the most secure. The maids were always in your room when I was out, so to know that the maids were friendly and happy and took pride in their job made me feel secure with them coming into my room and cleaning it.

The facilities seemed a bit worn and dated.

It is a beautiful, well decorated hotel right on the water. We had a nice view of the marina and our room was pleasant and comfortable. It is a great place to relax for a weekend, but close to the places you would want to visit in San Diego.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The decor was lovely and understated and the restaurant was top notch. It is a surprisingly elegant hotel.

It was a nice hotel, with a busy front desk.
