50 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
As a salesman with a very busy schedule, I dont need a lot of frills when I look for a room to rest for the night. A clean bed and a working television are simple requests. Unfortunately, neither could be had at the Sheraton. This Sheraton was above and beyond one of the worst in which I have stayed. Normally, I applaud the Sheratons clean rooms, crisp linens, and amenities. It is my assumption that it is time for their franchise services to do some quality and consistency research. My room and the hallway leading to it reaked of some undefineable odor. The linens on my bed gave the impression of being clean, but still smelled of whomever slept between them previously. When I discussed these concernes with the front desk staff at checkout, I was greeted with a poor, uncaring attitude, and my request to speak with a manager was denied. Sheraton, if you are reading this, it is time to smarten up. I will not be staying in a Sheraton again.
