Room service not good . Housekeeping was terrible -- they came very late -- and newspaper supply was unreliable.

We always stay at Sheraton Safari Hotel because they allow us (with deposit) to keep our pet dog in the room. The service is exceptional.

It was a nice hotel at a great price with comfortable beds and very clean rooms. It's an easy location to find and close to Disneyworld.

It's right outside Disney World, and convenient to Seaworld and other theme parks. Very nice pool, with a water slide that the kids loved. Excellent service. Clean rooms, with very comfortable beds. Restaurant is okay but not exceptional. We would stay again.

We had some problems with check-in. Our confirmed reservation was for 2 rooms and we had only been given 1. It took 30 minutes to get the extra room. Ceiling in one room was water damaged. Not a lot of equipment in exercise room, but not a lot of users. Kids loved the Snake Slide at the pool.

It was just like all other establishments. If you are not a loyal and frequent customer, the services are about the same.

I have stayed in Sheratons all over the world. They always take good care of me. The trip might be exciting but the hotel does not need to do anything except make me safe, comfortable, and welcome.

This hotel made me feel secure: I liked the attention of the staff. They had good baggage security after checking out.

We loved the lobby with the parrot, and the pool with the snake waterslide was awesome! The hotel's decor was cool too. We loved the safari theme.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Check-in was quick and easy and they let us change our room to one with a king-sized bed instead of the standard room.
