The check in was quick and efficient. The booking and banquet staff were very helpful in setting up our meeting room. The meeting room and sleeping rooms were very clean.

This hotel made me feel content: They greeted you as you approached the check-in desk. All staff members of the hotel were friendly and helpful. They answered any questions that arose.

The value and the quality never vary at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It is a clean relaxing place to stay and the security is top for the rooms.

My only complaint was the inconvenient parking.

I was fairly unhappy with the lack of cleanliness in the room and bathroom. They really need to start taking better care of the cleaning before their guest arrives.

We loved the stay. Our car broke down and they tried to fix it -- the manager came to try to help fix it. We ended up flat-bedding it back home. They helped out -- called a shuttle to get to the car rental. There was no problem with the hotel. We had a dog with us and they were great.
