I just came back from 3 days Philadelphia, my foot still hurting from hitting an object that was sticking from the bed in my room(a bed frame part). The same happened to my wife in the second room the previous day, I only reported when it happened to me. We had 2 rooms for us and the kids. The manager said she was sorry for that and will check the beds.
It was a chess tournament and the 6 elevators hardly worked as they should. How about waiting 15 minutes and more to get the elevator.
You will pay $30 for parking. We paid $5 as a deal for the chess tournament.
Very small swimming pool taking into account the size of the hotel.
Great location with expensive restaurant (Phillips seafood) still you will need to use car/bus/metro to go around.
I am not likely
to return to the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Trouble checking in, trouble with bill and billing (Still), $30+ a day to have a car there, the rooms were extremely dirty. When communicating my concerns since I had never encountered this at a Sheraton before, I was ignored (No response from the GM) or told it wasn't a Sheraton that it was a franchise. Next time Ill know to check! I would have been better off at the Holiday Inn.

The location is great; you are nearby numerous malls, trains, buses. The amenities are great: Internet service, cable, air conditioning; internet & cable with a FEE of course. The service was great, the rooms are clean, with a great view, tv, coffee pot, coffee, iron & board, bathrooms are clean with clean towels. Water is expensive $4.00 a bottle so buy it from the vending machine. The restaurant food is delicious, not too expensive breakfast was $15.00, the waiters are great, courteous. The beds are comfortable with clean linen, a duvet cover, plenty of pillows. The elevators are fast and quiet, the halls are clean. The place has a beautiful entrance see pictures...I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby is big, with two places to eat and a bar, 22 floors of rooms make for busy elevators, but the rooms were nice, and clean, the beds were comfortable, there weren't many television channels, the views were beautiful, of the cathedral and of the rotary. This hotel is not in the historic section of Phili, but is about ten blocks away. This was one of the better hotels we have stayed at, we had no problems at all.
I am very likely
to return to the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Disappointed. The lobby was very lovely, however the room was extrememly small and the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. There were pieces of paper on the floor the entire stay of 5 days. The bathroom mirror was never washed a phone number from a prior guest was still present and noticeable with the steam from the unvented bathroom. The heat/airconditioning unit did not work correctly and it could not be used. Quite disappointed.

Yes, the view is nice. Yes, the location is convenient. But, the bathroom was filthy! There was actually a ton of mildew growing on the shower seat. When I showered, water was literally all over the floor because there were no tub walls and the shower curtain permitted water to get outside of the shower. I had to use all the towels just to mop up the floor. There was no vanity in the room, so I was forced to set my makeup and other toiletries on the toilet. There were stains on the pillowcases. Don't plan on watching TV here; there are only around 13 channels. The staff was not very helpful while searching for food delivery. Parking is an obscene $25 per night, its not worth the cost of $200 a night.

Location was nice, a little hard to get to because of one-way roads in city. It was very clean, great service, great restaurants in hotel and nearby. Highly recommend.
They have very good security, safe and convenient parking even in a large city with somewhat of crime reputation.
