It was noisy and the room was old. The curtains did not close tightly enough for me to feel private.

This hotel made me feel content: The very comfortable room made me feel comfortable.

It was fine. The staff was helpful. It was quite close to the meeting site.

I was very displeased that I was not only charge ten dollars per day for internet access in what was an already expensive hotel, but my roommate was also charge a separate fee to connect his laptop. In addition, we had to get a switch so we could both use the connection. This is just well below what I have come to expect from even far lower quality chains than Sheraton. Frankly, although my business takes me to Pasadena often, neither I nor any of my coworkers plan to stay there again for this reason alone.

The value for the room rate was good. The staff did not seem to care or go out of their way to help with my problem at check in. Other than that the stay was fine.

The place was clean and quiet. They provided a good shuttle service.

The hotel was easy to locate and the staff was excellent. The little perks at the hotel really made this an enjoyable visit.

This hotel made me feel secure: They looked out for my bags while I looked for a hotel. They arranged for the bell man to handle my luggage in the most efficient manner.

Everyone was very friendly. They had a problem with the pool and they drained it the day we arrived and it was filled the day we left. We were also missing personal items from our suitcase when we left.

The issues upon check-in included delayed baggage cart assistance, broken television, which was addressed only after my persistent calling to front desk. The baggage cart assistance did not arrive in time for me to checkout quickly, so I carried all of my bags by hand to the car. Also, parking was seven dollar per twenty-four hour cycle as long as you were staying at the hotel. They told me that I could check out and continue to use the parking garage for my full twenty-four hour cycle.

The hotel was centrally located.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The smiling staffs who knew my name and refer to me as doctor appropriately made me feel welcome.

I was there for a barber shop music convention, and my stay was uneventful. I advise others to make reservations as early as possible.

The hotel was convenient to all activities. We loved the bedding and the friendly room service. It's a great place to stay and we would stay again if in Pasadena.

From the employees' attitude, it was very evident that they preferred to help the men rather than the women, and the front desk showed it by the way they talked to the people. Had I not already been tired and not physically able to move, I would have done so by the second day and gone somewhere else. Women traveling alone appear to be considered second class citizens!

They had nice high speed internet facilities in the room.

I would of expected more out of the Sheraton. My room wasn't quite up to par. The room didn't look clean and the restroom had rust and looked like mold in the shower.

I was billed for a night after I had checked out.
