I've always been a Sheraton fan and I was very happy during my stay at Sheraton Ottawa. In my opinion, the two most important factors of a hotel is the cleanliness and the service. When I got into my room, the room and bathroom was clean and tidy. The room I booked was small, but it was just what I needed. The staff at the hotel are great. Everyone was kind and were happy to work there. The location of the hotel is close to shopping, museums and other attractions. The price of the hotel is also very affordable and easy on the wallet. The only complaint I have is that parking is not free.

This hotel was the the one my family and I stayed at when we went on a tour of Eastern Canada. The hotel was close to many of the parliament buildings so we were able to take lots of picture without having to get on the tour bus. The rooms were a bit small for 5 people, but its not the fault of the hotel. We didn't get much of a chance to speak with the staff there but we did ask for more towels and they were delivered to us promptly and happily. Based on that assumption, I would have to say that the hotel staff is quite friendly. Afraid I cannot state the price because it was included in the package, but the hotel looks like it would easily go for $150+ and still be worth it

I stayed at the Sheraton hotel in Ottawa for 2 nights. I love the commitment that the staff in this hotel had for our guests. They were really helpful and friendly and did not give us any trouble. Our room was very comfortable, well appointed, and scrupulously clean. We had comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom. The view from our room wasn't too bad either. We had a good view of our surroundings. Our rooms had most of the things we needed and we had many uses for them. In the end, the hotel was a fantastic place to say for an affordable price.

The Sheraton Hotel is one of the hotels found in Ottawa, but having been to Ottawa as many times as I have I would say this is the one with the best location. Being so close to the parliament buildings as it is, the hotel is the best place for people who want to visit the true part of Ottawa. The price is considerably fair, but the rooms are not as big as you would have expect them to be. It is more of the small tiny rooms, but yet they are comfortable enough that people will not mind. After all, you're here to go visit the city and not sleep in your hotel bed all day.

We recently arrived at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel in Ottawa for a business trip. Upon our arrival, we came into the arms of a very welcoming and kind staff that brought us to a well maintained room that was affordable. It reached all of our needs and allowed us to live in comfort with its clean washrooms and beautiful style of rooms. It was a great place to unwind upon a hard day at work. The room service was quick and delightful as the room service food was luscious. It is a great place for tourists to stay and enjoy Ottawa and I recommend it to others that go on vacation who will be able to enjoy it better than a business trip.
