This hotel has the worst front desk service that we have ever received. We checked-in on November 11th, 2006. We paid cash for the room, plus a $50 deposit. When I wanted to check-out the next day, they told me that they didn't have any records that we had paid cash. After an argument, they gave me the $50 cash deposit back, but they told me they are still going to charge the rate from my credit card when I did my reservation on November 10th, 2006.After we left the hotel I remembered that the two people who took cash from me on Saturday, were the same people that were telling me that there was no record of my paying cash. I don't know what is going on in this hotel. I will go again this hotel next week and find out what is going on. I have people that will say that they saw me paying in cash. I still can't believe that they called me a liar. For $129, I don't play games. I stay in hotels always for my business and I have never had a situation like that in my life.
