I am the Director of Revenue at the Sheraton Orlando Downtown. Since May 2008 we are under new management. As you can see most reviews are over two years old prior to new management company. Just stayed here for a business meeting. Will certainly never stay here again. Person who booked the hotel has lost all credibility. First clue was barricades in front of non-functioning escalators; dirty pitchers...

Corner room, loads of windows, nice view, friendly Staff.Jacuzzi not working and staff did not know. No chest of drawers. Friendly staff from the moment we entered. Our room was lovely with corner room, great view and ample windows.
