When we stayed at The Seraton it was very dirty...we walked around bricktown and came back around 4 and our beds were still not made!! The tv was very fuzzy and we did not have many channels. The shower curtan had somthing on it and we didnt know what it was. The room service person was very rude. My mom was right by the elevators so i head "ding" all night long. People in the hotel were very rude at night and were extremely loud. I did not like the fact i was on the 14th floor. The only good thing at the Seraton hotel was being close to bricktown. I also did not like how we had to pay for hotel parking. Hope i helped.
