Sheraton Oceanfront Hotel Hotel - Page 1

My husband and I booked this hotel for three nights. We stayed for one, This was the worst hotel ever. The rooms were moldly, the bathroom tub was disgusting. My husband called front desk to inform them of this nasty tub, they sent tilex so that we can scrub the tub. Needless to say my children didn't bath that night. The breakfast area was gross with flies flying all around the buffet and the food was entirely to greasy. I felt queazy and has to excuse myself from breakfast. We were fortunate that morning to get a room for 2 nights at the hilton down the street, which was a dream come true. Go Hilton ! the Sheraton was a nightmare. The pictures online are very deceiving.

The location was fine for where we were going. It was a nice hotel with a pool and right on the beach.

I made the reservation for a non smoking room and I was placed in a smoking room. Also the reservation was for two queen beds and it had one bed and a cot. Also the jacuzzi in my room did not work.

the electric sockets cover where missing. the water drain from ac unit onto balcony the whole stay. bathroom too small have to close door just to get in shower. sliding door hard to open and close. when i complain about ac unit young lady at desk started comparing it to ac in a car, she may have been told to explain at that way because she insist that it was the same, oh no it was not. when i checked in the desk clerk was very nice and valvet was excellent. And i do not plan to stay again.

It was a really nice hotel on the beach. They allowed our two large dogs to stay at no additional charge. It was worth the money. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. We had a u-haul and it was very hard to find parking.
