Okay
When we checked in the person at the desk didn't seem to know what he was doing. We callled the desk for 20 minutes before finally getting an answer. Our wake-up call never happened. I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past but will not...
For a hotel in this price range it was very nice. Very clean. But what was most impressive was the 2 gentlemen who worked at the concierge counter. I needed directions to my event the next day and they spent a lot of time with me printing maps...
I have stayed at the Sheraton 3 times and love it. Would recommend it to anyone for sure. Actually, i have and they loved it as well. The balcony rooms overlooking the atrium is breathtaking. The staff are friendly and parking isnt...

Quick check-in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms but sadly, no fluffy Sheraton bed here - hard with awful pillows. Lobby smells strongly of chlorine from pool. Noise from pool echos thru atrium. Kids filled the jacuzzi so we didn't get to try it. Room...

Excellent
Loved the hotel...but the pool was very cold, for an indoor pool. I was told it was heated, so I was excited to put my 3 year old in there...come to find out it was FREEZING...we couldn't go swimming.
