The hotel staff could not locate my reservation when I went to check in. I was part of a group and the person making the reservation had so badly bungled the spelling of my name it took almost thirty minutes to get checked in. The Sheraton staff was extremely helpful and professional through the entire process, even making a separate reservation for me when it appeared mine did not exist. We ultimately found the reservation, but the staff was wonderful to work with.
