Everything was great, especially the check-in staff's can-do attitude. But the air conditioning unit in my room kept it either too cold or too hot, never comfortable. When I called the front desk about this, I was told that it was a state regulation that the air conditioning be turned off during certain months. I'm from VA so I'm not sure how true this was.

The staff was very busy but efficient. I did not get a working room hair dryer which was a small inconvenience. The room was otherwise awesome!

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The television in my room did not work when I arrived, but it was promptly fixed. There was also a problem with the telephone - people could not leave us messages. This, too, was resolved eventually, but it took a little longer to fix than the television. The beds and bedding were outstanding. Overall, I was very happy there for my one-week stay.

We have four people in our family and they had us in a room with one king size bed? However, they fixed the problem and the rest of the stay was good. The location is the best. Parking is an adventure but we are talking about New York City. Overall, we were very pleased with our trip and the hotel as well.

The hotel's convenient location was A+. I was able to get connecting rooms at the last minute. I liked the friendly staff. Parking, though, was too expensive for patrons.

Overall, the stay was fine and the staff was friendly. The air conditioning unit and vents, though, were disgustingly clogged with lint and such rendering them useless for cooling the room.

I had a small room. The toilet left something to be desired.

This hotel is in an excellent location in midtown, within walking distance of the theatre district. It was across the street from the NYC Visitor's Center. It has a subway stop on the corner.

I would not recommend the Sheraton New York unless you just want an inexpensive no-frills hotel near Times Square. The room, despite being non-smoking, smelled of smoke. I kept the window open and sprayed my own can of Lysol to remedy the situation. Think of it as a Motel 6 quality hotel on Times Square.

We stayed on the club level and it was well worth the extra money. The breakfast that was included on the club level was great. I loved the bed, and also the location!

The TV had little to no reception on major broadcast networks. And the air conditioning unit was stuck on ultra cool mode.

The concierge was very knowledgeable, and gave excellent service and restaurant recommendations. Our bellman (in and out we had the same one) was friendly.
