We were given the wrong room size, which the staff sorted out without too much delay. The room was small, but very clean. The housekeeping was excellent. I found the concierge very unhelpful and was not happy about paying $10 each per day for use of gym. I paid $4 for each bag left in the luggage room for one hour after check out, but found no porters to help me. Overall, it’s not a great value for the money.

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were well-furnished, and we had a cool view of the city.

The hotel is in a good location. It's convenient to my meeting place. It has nice conference facilities. However, the front desk staff gave incorrect information about a tax exempt form acceptance. It took several phone calls and faxes after check out to resolve the tax exempt issue.

The hotel is well located in midtown Manhattan. I had a Club Level room, which included breakfast and evening hors d'ouevres. The quality of the food and the service was excellent. The price was a little high -- but it proved to be worth the extra dollars.

Overall, the hotel was fine. But the newly renovated room was a little shabby. The desk was dusty. Room service did not come back to pick up the service table, which I could not maneuver out the door. The table took up significant space in a small NYC hotel room. Also, leftover food remained overnight.

I enjoyed my stay there and I will return there in March. It is conveniently located to all of New York City's points of interest.

The hotel is well located in central Manhattan. One can reach many places of interest in the area. I disliked the bustling, crowded feel of the hotel lobby. The hotel is very high priced.

The location was fine. The charge of $3 per bag to hold until departure was outrageous. There was no restaurant in the hotel - that was ridiculous. Room service was available, I requested a menu but never received it. What good is their room service?

This is a nice hotel with a great central location The gym facilities were better than typical and even had shower/steam bath. The rooms were okay but a little on small side for three people. The concierge was very helpful in making reservations and knew a lot of area restaurants.

This was a truly enjoyable stay. The only complaint was room temperature was hard to modulate/control. Other than that it was great. I liked the great (and comfortable) bed.

The room was not up to par, it was a smoking room when asked for non-smoking, and paint was peeling off the walls.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to many attractions. There were comfortable beds, lots of pillows, and a great mattress pad. There was a less than accommodating reception in the Streers cafe, but the servers were excellent.
