Excellent
Our stay could not have been any better. We had a club room overlooking the river, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff responded immediately to any requests. The breakfast had many pastries and fresh fruit. My husband...

There apparently was a change in the front desk staff. When the reservations were made, we thought everything would be fine when we arrived. However, the front desk staff stated that each person in our group was to pay an additional fifty dollars per person for theft prevention in the hotel rooms. We were not aware of that and we had to battle our way out of that stipulation. The International Council of Community Churches had reserved a block of rooms for our convention. It was found out that the new staff was not aware that we do not pay that extra fifty dollars per day. After some discussion, we did not have to pay that ridiculous fee after all. I know New Orleans was and it is still going through some changes. The hotel was not kind at the beginning of our stay, but they were at the end.
The rooms are simply gorgeous. I was excited as I felt like a queen.
I am very likely
to return to the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a great central location in New Orleans, with great facilities. Some members of the staff had a horrible attitude. The management resolved all the issues eventually.

Their special beds were wonderful; it was the best sleep I have had in years. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The area is still rebuilding, but things are looking better.
It had everything I needed.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were clean and the reservations were as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had problems with the service at the hotel bar. It took a very long time. Also, the lobby air conditioning unit was on full and it was icy! Overall, it was a good stay and I would come back.
