The reservations were all messed up. I had a conference there and they were not at all prepared. My group of 4 had the most horrific time making reservations. Several calls had to be made to the hotel.

My needs were taken care of immediately. When I complained about the lack of hot water, the problem was fixed right away, and I was offered a discount as an apology.

I was a very enjoyable experience for one who has never stayed in a hotel like this, ever.
I arose in my own time and could pretty much come and go as I pleased. The breakfast meal was more than one could eat. The staff was very polite and was always at your service. I felt that I could do what I wanted, when I wanted and the staff worked around my schedule.
