I was really dissatisfied with the quality of the rooms. They were nasty-looking and dirty. There were carpet stains and stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom. The tile in the bathroom was stained and has nasty grout; there was a brown splotchy

The staff was helpful, concerned, friendly, and very professional. The beds were fabulous! They were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I even tried to find out how to purchase one for my home! The extra pillows and decorative touches were very nice.

We kept having staff bust into the room, unannounced and unexpected. This happened three times, even after we complained. It was very, very unusual. On the other hand, everything else was excellent--good amenities, well laid-out room, good location.
