Sheraton New Orleans Hotel Hotel - Page 1

There apparently was a change in the front desk staff. When the reservations were made, we thought everything would be fine when we arrived. However, the front desk staff stated that each person in our group was to pay an additional fifty dollars per person for theft prevention in the hotel rooms. We were not aware of that and we had to battle our way out of that stipulation. The International Council of Community Churches had reserved a block of rooms for our convention. It was found out that the new staff was not aware that we do not pay that extra fifty dollars per day. After some discussion, we did not have to pay that ridiculous fee after all. I know New Orleans was and it is still going through some changes. The hotel was not kind at the beginning of our stay, but they were at the end.

This hotel made me feel excited: The rooms are simply gorgeous. I was excited as I felt like a queen.

It was a great central location in New Orleans, with great facilities. Some members of the staff had a horrible attitude. The management resolved all the issues eventually.

The hotel has a great location and I would go again.

I loved it all, the service, the comfort and the customer care.

This hotel made me feel hip: The style, the kids and the fun there made me feel hip.

I thought it was a lovely hotel, well appointed and it provided great service.
