Excellent
We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and would most definetely stay there again. The location was convenient to the downtown Nashville nightlife and the concert that we attended at the Ryman auditorium.

Please know that you will have to walk by multiple homeless people to get to the downtown attractions. My sister and I did not feel safe in the day, much less at night, trying to walk to and from the hotel to get to the fan fair events. This would...

42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
If you are a business traveler you would have a hard time finding a better location. As for pleasure the location is very good, no car necessary. It is a short walk to everything including the Coliseum. We stayed there and we would stay there again. The only thing I can say I disliked was the service in the bar was slow, but they were quite busy. Everything else from the room to the room service was good. The rooms are of a good comfortable size. As for room service do not expect to get a small meal. One meal is enough for two people. The room service did forget to put coffee in the pot. I just made coffee in the room.
We are not the most fashionable dressers, so when they greeted us with a smile instead of a sneer that was nice. They did not even seem to mind that we used our Starwood points for the stay instead of paying the nightly amount. The concierge was very helpful in trying to find us a sitter for a night. All in all, they are a nice group of people.
I am very likely
to return to the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
