The only complaint was the indoor pool was being remodeled and was not open for use.

The hotel was in very good shape. We stayed on the club floor and it was very nice having a continental breakfast and snacks in the afternoon. Our room was very nice and roomy with a good view.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The person who check us in was very helpful and efficient. The next day, she remembered us and talked about our visit in Nashville. She gave us directions to an attraction.
