The hotel did a total renovation and it's by far the best in the area! The breakfast buffet has a great selection of items (always busy and the food is fresh!). There is a new area that is free for guests to use (includes internet, printing and computers). The staff is very helpful and the rooms are really clean. It helps that the entire hotel is 100% non-smoking.

The hallways were very dated and our non smoking room smelt of long term cigarette odors. The room was musty due to a dated heating and air conditioning unit in the room. Otherwise it was fine.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, however my room was not very clean, especially the carpet and the walls. I wished I had brought slippers so I did not have to walk on the carpet in my socks or bare feet. I also found another guest's half empty water bottle in the closet along with some other personal items in my room when I checked in. Also, my room, although supposedly a non smoking room, smelt of cigarette smoke. As far as the availability of room service, I ordered on the first night of my stay and I had what seemed like a very long wait for my food, although again, the staff was friendly and helpful. On the third night of my stay, I attempted to order room service again, but I could not get anyone to answer the phone. My main concern was that my room did not seem very clean. I stayed three nights, I had maid service every day of my stay, but the bureau, the dresser and the desk were never wiped off and they had been very dusty when I checked in. I have to stay at this same hotel each time I travel to Wisconsin for business and I have been disappointed with the room cleanliness on each of my stays.

The room service prices were outrageously high. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. They charged for the bottle water in the room and for ice I had to go to another floor. I do expect to pay more for room service but I do not like to be ripped off.

It has an excellent location, great rooms, and an excellent buffet for breakfast.

This hotel made me feel pampered: As owners and Gold preferred guests we were upgrade to Club level rooms.

It is in a convenient location with easy to follow directions from the airport and to downtown. They have a staff that is knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They have very comfortable beds.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room's air conditioning system was easy to control and maintained a comfortable temperature during the entire stay.

I had a wonderful time when I stayed there. I will also stay there the next time I visit the area.

I was pleased with the convenient location.
