Don't forget anything! If you do, and call back from out of state, you'll be shuffled from rude person to rude person, asked to fill out a report and you'll never see your clothes again!
My husband and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan Times Square. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The bellman brought us to our room and gave us many helpful tips about the area. Our room...
I stayed here every time I come to NY at Christmas time. This is my fourth time. Never had a problem. Everyone is courteous and helpful. Great location.
We stayed at the top floor. The room was old, bath not too clean, room cold. We called the engineer to fix the heater. He fixed it. At night we could not sleep because of the constant low-level noise of fan on the roof. At 3 am, we requested to change the room. Got a new room two floors below, much more quiet, but it the heater did not work here either. Next day we called the engineer twice. The first time the heater worked for half an hour, after the second f repair, it worked somewhat better.
Both rooms looked not well kept, bathrooms mouldy. Internet in the room worked extremely slow, so I had to go downstairs to use the computer there.
I am not likely
to return to the Sheraton Manhattan at Times Square.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
We had to be moved from our first room because the bathtub was disguisting. The second room was clean but very, very small for the price. The staff, however, was friendly and accomodating. We will not stay there again, but I commend the staff.

I stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan @ Time Square. They started me off in a room that was behind the lifts, which was pretty noisy and I requested a room change, which they did without a problem. Once changed, I had no problems at all. The room...
