The front desk workers knew the area well and they were very helpful.

All was ok, except that they were in the process of remodeling and I was put in a room in the middle of it. The noise level on my last stay was extreme. Also, I was double billed so that was a bit of a hassle. All in all, my stays there are normally good.

It was excellent in every way.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I enjoyed the very clean and professional atmosphere.

The room's sink was broken and we were not replenished with coffee supplies efficiently.

The hotel's location is not really convenient to downtown, but it's only a short drive away. I had difficulty with card access to the club floor.

The hotel was clean. Check in was fine but the video checkout did not work. There was poor and slow service in the hotel restaurant for breakfast.

We had a broken sink, which was fixed quickly. I was disappointed the gift shop was closed because the gentleman who owned it had retired.

The location and facilities are excellent. It is very easy to get to and has great access to the city. It is very clean, the amenities are good and the staff is generally prompt and courteous. The restaurant is rather slow with service, but the buffets are generally well-stocked and have excellently prepared food. They do need to stock more diet and caffeine-free beverages. The lounge areas, fitness room and pool area could be larger.

The hotel is working on improvements and trying to accommodate large groups.

This hotel made me feel secure: They had good security locks. They put all of our business people on one floor away from the kids and cowboys.

Their High speed is not available in every room.

They were very positive, and there were great locations nearby.

This hotel made me feel respected: They always greeted me by my name and said "Yes, Sir" and "No, Sir."

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was no racket to disturb me. They had a friendly staff, and a comfortable room. I enjoyed the ability to kick up my heels and rest when I got to my room.
