This hotel made me feel content: La is just a beautiful town and the hotel was in an awesome location. Right by staples center.

This hotel made me feel respected: The first room they gave us was terrible. When called to complain, they immediately gave us a different room that was much better. Then they called to make sure the room was satisfactory.

This hotel made me feel content: It was a very nice hotel. We actually stayed in the Hyatt West Hollywood for 2 weeks right before this stay. Both had very nice personnel that were helpful with info on getting around the city.
