The hotel had good accommodations.

This property was tired. The furniture in my room was mismatched. The services of room service, valet parking, etc were slow. The room seemed musty or stuffy.

The hotel was in a good location for where we were going. We got a good price for our rooms, which were clean. We would stay there again.

The bed was as comfortable advertised and this was great, considering the long work days. From what I could determine, the air conditioner in the room was totally non-functional and the controls were not exactly user-friendly. The internet access charges were relatively ridiculous at $13 per day. The desk staff at check in was less than helpful.

I expected and received good, decent, service.

I had a great stay. Everything and everyone was of high quality as expected from a downtown hotel.

The room was very nice and had a great view. The furniture and decor were high quality and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no cellular/wireless access in the below-ground conference rooms

This is an excellent hotel. I've stayed here before -- and I will stay again.

As always I was treated like a king.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The decor of the hotel was sophisticated.

The cafe staff was great. The front desk staff was not.

My experience with Hyatt was more than satisfactory. The staff went out of their way during my check-in to help make my stay a pleasant one. When dining in the restaurants, the food was well prepared and presented, as well as delicious. The staff was friendly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The atmosphere around the hotel -- actually created by the staff -- made me feel welcomed.

This is an excellent hotel for downtown LA.
