My overall experience was very pleasant. The only things I did not like was that the room faced the lobby area and there was a party going on late into the evening and it was a little noisy and the pool area was not very clean and the hot tub was not working.

The service was excellent. The staff went out of the way to be nice and accommodating. The only problems were that the snack bar had very few items and eating at the hotel restaurant, although good, was very pricey and that I had a room next to an event room and one night I was up past midnight with pounding music. The staff cannot be underestimated, though. I believe most of it was the manager, who was everywhere, all the time, making sure everyone was happy.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and their treatment paralleled that of a luxury hotel.

Honestly writing this review, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone even if he/she is my enemy. I had worst ever experience booking this hotel for seven nights. I paid quite a reasonable amount but what I got nothing other than a cozy bed and comforter. Don't hope that you get free internet and a continental breakfast as you get in any of the motels. You got to pay 10 bucks/day for internet and it is your wish to eat in an expensive restaurant at lounge. One more thing, no local calls are free even water bottle as they give you as customary. You got to pay $4 per bottle.

The staff members are professional yet friendly. The pool area is convenient and welcoming. It opens early and closes late. Room service is prompt with the hot foods hot! The desk staff is more than helpful with directions and suggestions for interesting local attractions.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff greets you by name. After gaining access to you room the desk staff called to see if the room met our needs. When we stated that we'd prefer to be poolside they apologized and promptly moved us.

They gave me the wrong room. I went to a room that was already occupied. They gave me another room that it was not smoking as I requested and I had to change the room again. The amenities were spectacular but the room, the carpets and everything were worn out and in need of replacement.
