Excellent
I have only stayed at this hotel once but it was the very best stay of my life. I even got to take my dog along with me. The hotel staff was very nice and accomadating, they even have a person take cookies and milk to your room for no extra charge....

I have stayed numerous times at this location and find it to be a great value for the business traveler. Many amenities located on-site such as restaurant, coffee shop, bar, etc. The hotel is located somewhat distant from the downtown area and the ...

Overall, it is a good hotel. A used breakfast tray from the room service was left outside the room to which it was delivered for several hours before I called the front desk to complain. Also, there are too few cable channels available.

The restaurant food was good. The bed was comfortable and the lunch served at the conference I attended was good, too. I also liked getting milk and cookies during the night.

The hotel is at a convenient location for me when I want to stay in Lansing. On my last stay, the heating unit did not work. It seemed to me that that it could have been checked before the room was given to a guest. My advice for other guests would be to make your reservations as far in advance as possible, and check the room before you move your things into it.
Some of the staff seem to make people feel comfortable, yet they do not try to get too personal. I think that is important in the hotel business. I need to be able to feel that I am welcome, but I also need to feel as though my privacy is being respected.
