While this hotel is perfectly fine, it lacks the attention and care it gave when it was a Radisson. We had a power outage one night, and they didn't even give us an explanation. Flooding in the hallway, non-operating elevator, fee for business...

I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. The staff is warm and friendly. I certainly appreciate all of their help with directions and questions I had about attractions nearby. The beds are very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.
