58 year old with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The windows in the entry were very dirty: giving the impression that there was dirt elsewhere which could not be seen so easily. The room looked only partly refurbished. It was not like what I would expect from a Sheraton--it lacked class.
This hotel made me feel Pampered: I was given quick attention when I approached the desk. The staff gave a polite and quick response when I asked them to replace my moldy shower curtain.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Iowa City Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
