Location.Housekeeping was terrible. Valet was terrible and always late. Housekeeping knocked on our door 5 times wanting to clean the room, then the next day they didn't clean the room at all. Hotel staff was not good.

Great location, safe immediate area.Inexperienced staff. First given room that was already occupied, new room assigned had two queen beds, asked for one king. Ordered movie, came out too dark to view. Only problems, everything else was great.
