This place was okay. Some things definately need fixed. The walls had dents and stains on them. The carpet was frayed and worn down. The pool and hot tub were nice. The workout facility and sauna are not at the hotel they are at the Bally Total...
58 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The location is perfect, it is close to the interstate, central to good shopping, and close to restaurants. I love the comfy beds. The hotel restaurant is only adequate, and service both in the morning and noon is frequently slow. My biggest complaint is that the fitness center is not located in the hotel and is, therefore, only open until ten p.m. The meeting and conference facilities are plenty large and comfortable.
The employee who checked me into the hotel noticed that I am a Starwood Preferred Customer and volunteered to find my number for me. As usual, when I requested a late check out, the employee was very pleasant and very cooperative.
I am very likely
to return to the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
