Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, it is in a great location near many shops, restaurants and the highway and it is even connected to a shopping mall. However, there are many hidden fees and almost everything in addition to your room costs extra. I feel that many of these items should be considered free amenities included in the room price. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.
The lighting and the ambiance throughout the hotel, including the lobby areas, the room and the common areas were very comfortable and they provided plush, adequate seating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the restaurant staff was very attentive.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

They upgraded us to a suite due to overbooking. The lobby and the convenience to mall and eateries were outstanding. The pool area was a disaster. The lighting leading to the bathrooms was very dim. There was no shallow end for small children. The whole pool needs to redone and modernized. We will not stay there again with the children.
When I made the reservations, I felt we were getting a wonderful deal for the price. I had stayed at other Sheraton hotels that were luxurious, so I expected the same. The cost was along the lines of less expensive hotels.
