It was not as fancy or as well-kept as I'm used to Sheratons being, but for the price I paid to stay there I was satisfied, except for the broken closet door and the huge puddle in the parking lot that ruined my shoes.

I would recommend this particular Sheraton to anyone who would be staying in Houston.
They were right at the door to see to our luggage and took care of it. We were part of a wedding party and they greeting us accordingly. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous toward us. We are elderly and they offered us help in many ways.

It was your basic hotel. It was pretty dry, nothing fancy about it. I wasn't staying for the looks though, I was mainly just looking around in the city. The hotel did have a bar.

My spouse travels a great deal for business. Accordingly, she has many 'frequent guest points' with Starwood Group Resorts. I was able to use those points to stay for free at Sheraton on my business trips. Staying for free is very practical.
