Sheraton Hotels have greatly improved the quality of their service and many hotels over the past several years have become very impressive.
They take great lengths to make sure guests are safe within the facility and grounds. They were very private about not giving out personal information.

I disliked my check out experience. I roomed with two other people and I had asked to split the bill three ways. The staff at the hotel was rude, they did not split the bill and they were quite unfriendly. I have not stayed at a Sheridan hotel since then.

They gave me a room upgrade upon arrival. During the cocktail hour, the woman supervising stayed a little longer to accommodate my family and directed us to different sites of interest in the area.
