The service was more than acceptable.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Hartford Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

24 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

We had read reviews on the hotel before we left and almost all of them were poor. I think the hotel was excellent. The location was fine. There was a free shuttle to take downtown.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Hartford Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

56 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

All employees went out of their way to provide extraordinary customer service, but it did take three tries for me to get into a room. I ended up with a handicapped room, I had no shampoo in my room and the toilet continually flushed the last day I was there.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sheraton Hartford Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
