Good
The Sheraton Hacienda is a nice resort in Cabo. I went for a girl's weekend and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice and especially great if you can grab a spot on the edge that sits directly above the beach. I went to ...
We stayed in a time share for 5 days in unit 9. Our unit was large and comfortable. I noticed a slow draining sink in the bathroom and pulled up the stopper. The next day the sink was draining like new and fixed without my asking. Spent every...

Excellent
We just celebrated our 25th Anniversary at this beautiful and friendly resort. We loved the bartenders at the Delfines swim up bar aka Brad Pitt & Ricky Martin. Fernando at the sports/sushi bar is a gem! We hope to be back next year and bring...

The grounds were great. The rooms left alot to be desired. Arrived at 7PM and found that we were given the wrong room keys. Then found the room at 86 degrees. The A/C would not work. Two hours later they got it working. The next night it went out...
The ocean view is the only way to go when staying at this hotel. The room was in need of some maintenance. The bed was comfortable and patio seating was very good. The mini bars in the room have no room for any personal items that you want to store....

Good
Ocean Front view is the ONLY way to go here. We originally had Ocean View but it's only a small span of ocean, so we upgraded and we loved the ocean view! No activities here (i.e. snorkeling, jet skiing), but if you want a nice quiet vacation,...
Absolutely gorgeous hotel! The fabulous service will make your stay memorable. The hotel has the most beautiful infinity pool ever! The restaurants offer an excellent variety of food.
I would whole-heartedly recommend this vacation...
Cabo was by far the best Mexican experience that I have had. I have been to Mazatlan, Cancun and Playa Del Carmen and Cabo rates #1. The Sheraton met our expectations and very nice, respectful staff. I highly recommend.
