The shuttle bus did not take us to the airport as quickly as expected.

It was close to airport and it had complimentary shuttle service.

It was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The service was prompt and excellent. I would definitely recommend Sheraton Hotels and Resorts.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The staffs made you feel every bit a VIP guest.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The tap in room not the bathroom dripped all night. I could not turn it off.

The staff was pleasant, very helpful and hard workers. Do not confuse the limo drivers with the staff and think the staff members were bad. My first impression was upsetting because of an encounter with a limo driver. The helpful porter and front desk quickly made me feel comfortable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was not bothered and yet I was given information related to things I could do.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was also friendly and helpful. The food was overpriced and not that good, particularly the breakfast buffet. Also, upon check in all of the lamps in the room had burnt out light bulbs, phone did not work, and window was left open. Thankfully it was during the day and maintenance remedied quickly.

The check in was easy and fast. My room was clean at an affordable price.

I liked the suite, the pool, the workout area next to the pool and the movies in the room. There was a bar in the room and a sink with the bar.

The overall experience was good--although they had a very lengthy, unorganized check-in process, the staff was unknowledgeable about hotel van times and unwilling to accommodate my transportation needs, and there was a lack of functioning light bulbs in the room.
