First of all let me say that most of the staff here were polite and I have no issues there. I had the displeasure of being set up in the Sheraton by the ARMY. My flights were delayed on my way back to the Middle East when my leave had expired so they put me up here. The hotel appeared nice and clean and it was. What really got me was that I did not feel welcomed there. I was put in a room with someone from another service who I did not know, of course this may have been the Army’s doing. When we got to the room it was fine but I soon discovered that all that is included with the room is the bed. You were charged $10 a day to use their internet, $2 to make a TOLL FREE call, $5 for a bottle of water that appeared at first complimentary, they charge you for a USA Today unless you specifically tell them that you don't want it upon check in. The restaurant had a very limited menu on which everything was overpriced and gratuity was added on the bill no matter how many people were in your party. The food was decent, but you could find the same quality hamburger across the street at Ruby Tuesdays for less than $13. I was afraid to use anything in fear of being charged for it. I believe I would have been much happier paying for a room at the Super 8.
I am not fond of staying in hotels, but this one was a pleasure. Very clean and comfortable. Not many food choices to choose from, but other than that PERFECT!

Everything was fine. The location was great and easy to get to. We didn't eat in the restaurant because it was expensive, but there were other restaurants close, one within walking distance.
