The interior design and decorations of the hotel were very impressive. I didn't like that our room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave.

Everything was fine. The location was great and easy to get to. We didn't eat in the restaurant because it was expensive, but there were other restaurants close, one within walking distance.

The hotel was full, I arrived very late and I had a reservation. The only available room was the living room of the presidential suite. I got to sleep on a sofa bed which I had to pull out and open up, after I had to move a very heavy iron and a plate glass coffee table, all at midnight, when all I wanted was a good bed and a restful night.

It was a typical Sheraton hotel which means good quality.

I was traveling by air and I appreciate being able to leave my car at the Sheraton. The shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent

This hotel made me feel respected: I liked the way I was treated by the check-in staff. They graciously answered all my questions.

The hot tub was filthy! The room lighting was poor and the hotel location was extremely difficult to find. It took me three hours to find the hotel and only after I stopped at another hotel for directions I was able to reach it. They need more signs to direct people.

The service was excellent all-around. The location was good because it was near the airport with free shuttle. It allowed me to take the train into the city to attend my conference. As a native New Yorker, subways were familiar for me so the ride was easy. The people were friendly. The hotel personnel were extremely nice, and the bar was exceptional. The dining area was also excellent. My room itself was very spacious and clean. My only regret was going alone.

This hotel made me feel hip: My experience at the bar was exceptional in that I had asked for a melon ball. The bartender, a female shortly after ordering my drink informed me that she did not have one of the ingredients for this drink and offered another one. I declined and asked for a screwdriver, which she made. Her honesty and professionalism about the order was what caught my attention. For something so simple and mundane, she acted in a professional manner and at the same time apologized for not having the ingredient essential for the melon ball.

It was as expected in terms of the room. My pre-stay email was never answered and when my family tried to call me no one at the switchboard answered. This happened day after day, very stressful for them and for me.

The hotel was impossible to find. There were no signs from the airport saying where to go. The street signs at the hotel entrance were not lit up to see at night and they are very hard to find/see in the dark. The beds were very uncomfortable; the front desk staff left us waiting for ten minutes with no help -- no one was at the front desk. The pool smelled like salt water and the jacuzzi was filthy! It had some kind of scum all around the inside and around the rim at the top. The maids didn't do their job. We had to ask for items that weren't put in the bathroom, like more soap and washcloths, towels, etc. (there were two of us sharing a room). The lighting in the room was very dim. There were plenty of lamps but they didn't light up the room. The air conditioning control was nearly impossible to reach.

The front desk staff was excellent. But the breakfast service was slow and sub-standard.

I was there for one night. It was clean and comfortable but I did not use any services.

The rooms and beds are excellent. But better front desk service is advised, especially about room availability when checking in.

Sheraton has continued to increase comfort for their guests. The knowledgeable staff gives them 10 extra points.

The hotel was niceley decoracted.
