The internet access was charged and tied to a single MAC address. The special offers for the hotel restaurant were very out of date. The location was great, near all the tourist attractions, a bus stop and a Trader Joe's store.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I liked the very posh lobby, the well equipped workout room, the good looking restaurant and bar.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I found it to be very nice, in a great location, with a friendly staff, nicely furnished rooms, excellent room service menu, convenient, though expensive, valet parking. It was more than satisfactory.

This hotel made me feel hip: I loved the location of this hotel, within walking distance to trendy shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location, the comfort and the service were fine. The hotel was located only two blocks from Fisherman's Wharf and five blocks from Ghirardelli Square. Barnes and Noble, Safeway and Trader Joe's were two blocks the other direction. Internet connectivity was the only problem encountered and the staff blamed it on my computer until they reset their own equipment and the connectivity restored, after spending ten hours with the customer service desk of the provider.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I might recommend it to friends.

If you are looking for a hotel in a convenient location, the Sheraton hotel at Fisherman's Wharf cannot be beat. This place is great for families. The rooms are tiny, but comfortable. The hotel itself was rather pleasant. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of difficulty checking in. We had difficulty checking in as our room had accidentally been given away despite our reservation for that specific room and the desk attendant was not very helpful. If you want information on fun events in the area, do not bother asking the concierge. They did not even know how to get to Chinatown from the hotel. Instead, go to the front desk or ask one of the valets. All in all, it is a good deal if you go during the off season.

I am not likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in an excellent location. I had a wonderful check in as they took us in early. It had everything we needed and it was very beautiful, too!

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and enjoyed not only the hotel itself, but the fact that it is nearly in the center of all tourist attractions. A short walk will take you everywhere. Nothing about this hotel causes a frown.

This hotel made me feel elegant: They treated us as though we were the only guests and they took pains to ensure we were provided with everything we needed, be it a rental car or extra towels.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel needed to be remodeled. Our room was comfortable and the hotel was very close to Fisherman's Wharf. The window shade was coming apart. The wallpaper needed to be replaced. It was just a little worn out and it needed to be upgraded.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I might recommend it to friends.

We like the Sheraton hotel near Fisherman's Wharf, however, it is time to do some remodeling there. The rooms are a bit tired.

It was an enjoyable stay while visiting friends. I did not use the hotel other than, as a room to sleep in. Therefore my experience with staff and facilities was minimal.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.

My room was not cleaned the last day and instead of calling my room to check to see why I had not checked out, the cleaning manager brought security with him knocking on the door. I felt that this was inappropriate since they had not even tried to call the room by phone. They had made the mistake in their records.

I am not likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.

55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

My room was small and dingy. I reserved two rooms, one a disabled room. The disabled room had one small bed for two people. One person ended up sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was same, as ours so did not help them out there either.

I am not likely to return to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I thought it was overrated. I would classify it is a 3-star, not a 4-star hotel. The rooms weren't that nice. It could use a major renovation.
