54 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Me and my girlfriends just spent 4 days at your resort and were disappointed. The light in the bathroom was out, batteries in remote were dead and we had a small animal in our room and had to be moved to another room. It ate a cake that was for my son's 21st birthday and our bananas (which maintenance took for resources). We also asked for a wake up call on sat. morning for 4:00am and did not receive it and barely managed to make our flight. It is a very nice resort and area but for my first stay I was very disappointed and thought we should have been compensated with a credit on one night at least. Instead we got certificates for lunch and a cake from neighborhood bakery. The original cake that was eaten by an uninvited guest was homemade. The gym could have been a little bigger also. Not much room to move around to do other exercises when there were more than 4 people in there. I don't travel a lot but I know Scottsdale is an exclusive part of Arizona and I was just very disappointed. I know these are little things but for the price and location it was not the quality I would have thought it to be. One thing I did enjoy was the weather. VERY DISAPPOINTED GUEST.
We just got back from a weeks stay and plan to return in September. The staff was kind and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and kept up very well. The pool is one of the reasons we like to stay at this resort. The location of the resort works ...

The resort itself was very nice - but BEWARE - we booked this in part because of the "condo like" amenities. Unfortunately the washer and dryer portion of the room was important to us and although the washer works - it's an all in one washer/dryer. ...
