They booked the wrong room type, confirmed a king size bed, they gave me two doubles, with no ablility to change when complained. The building/room was 70's style, with denver city street noise seeping through the windows. Not an elegant experience.

We felt as if the staff viewed us as not good enough to stay there. The rooms were not supplied with the proper eminities and the front desk was rude when we called to get what we needed.
