I called the front desk to notify them that my desk lamp was not working. Within two minutes someone was at my door fixing the lamp. I was also offered a complimentary drink for the inconvenience.

I thought this hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Their concierge service was very helpful. The check in/out was lengthy, but other than that, no complaints.
