The front desk staff was friendly enough, but the guest service staff was always very rude and curt. The bathroom tub had mold growing in the corners through the caulking. The rooms smelt bad.

They have excellent service! Our convention of teenagers took over the hotel and they went out of their way to care for us!

They provided for the needs of a hotel full of teenage convention participants by anticipating needs before they happened.

The hotel seemed really nice at first. The bed was really nice and everything seemed good. We experienced problems when trying to get things. We needed sheets for a bed and it took two days for our room to get them after calling many times. They were not very prompt or helpful.

The food locations are not the greatest.

It is a fine hotel. It is real nice and it provides great customer service.

I went to dine for dinner in at the Pear Street Cafe. I was seated at a table for two next to the service area. After a ten minute wait for a waiter, I proceeded to the buffet. No waiter offered me any complimentary bread or came back to ask for my drink order. I finally got more water. There was wait staff all around, but I was dining by myself. I could have walked out without paying as no one brought a ticket. I told the check out staff of the problem, but I was generally ignored, he just took my money and apologized. I would have liked an acknowledgment of the problem.

During A-Kon, not everyone got to park their car in the hotel parking spaces.

The convention had costumed youths wandering the halls and meeting rooms.

It was as expected, nice, and neat. The wedding reception was good.

They were personable at check in. They gave out gift bags from the bride's family with no mistakes.

I expect them to be clean, smartly designed, efficient in the things I normally use. There is a restaurant, a bar, a lounge, a gym and a pool. If I choose to use any of these, they are available. The service is excellent.
