A better selection of entrees in the restaurant would be nice. The staff was helpful and even though totally overworked, incredibly friendly. When we arrived we had been booked in a smoking room, we called the desk and a friendly employee came and got our luggage and relocated us to a non smoking room immediately.
The room was comfortable and clean.

My daughter is attending a Regional Conference and staying at the Adams Mark Hotel in Dallas, as I write this review. She has called me upset about the service, bad food and unclean dishes. The employees are treating them badly and their has been a incident of one employee (not aware that she was heard) using profane language in reference to a young lady that tried to complain. As a parent you hope that when your child goes on a trip without you that they are safe and being well treated. An excited young lady a day ago, has turn in to a scared and upset kid ready to come home.

The bathtub was nice and big. The bed and the sheets were soft and they did not smell funny. The gym's equipment was very disappointing and they were old. There were not enough tread mills. The room service people were very nice and polite on the phone.
